WHICH STREAM IS RIGHT FOR US?
It depends where your program sits. If you’re a Defence SME or tier 2 prime chasing a contract, start with Pursue & Mobilise. If you’re a Defence program team, or a prime delivering to one, start with Deliver & Sustain. If you need both, the same firm covers both sides.

WHAT CHANGED IN DEFENCE ON 1 JULY 2026?
Defence split capability into two pathways. Requirement development now sits under the Vice Chief of the Defence Force. Acquisition and sustainment sit with the new Defence Delivery Group, formed from CASG, GWEO and NSSG, which becomes the Defence Delivery Agency on 1 July 2027. For industry, that means two front doors, and a higher cost for knocking on the wrong one.
WHAT IS INTRODUCTION INTO SERVICE?
It’s the stretch between accepting a new capability and the ADF being able to operate, maintain and support it. It covers planning, training, documentation and logistics support. It’s also where programs often run short of expertise.
