Training Analysis
Training Analysis is the process of determining what is required by an employee in the workplace in order to do their job to the standard required. During the analysis process, Systematiq’s Training Consultants identify how these identified skills, knowledge and behaviours will be obtained by the employee, whether they should be trained by the organisation or whether they are best obtained prior to employment, or via other means.
The Systematiq Training Systems Team work with your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyse the required skills, knowledge and behaviours to complete a Performance Needs Analysis and Feasibility Analysis according to your organisational needs. We provide the required analysis reports with recommendations and options to support you to make informed decisions to suit your organisation’s training needs.
Training Design and Development
Systematiq is able to provide a wide range of options to support Training Design and Development including traditional instructor-led courses, eLearning or blended learning options. Whilst this is just the design phase – this is where these key decisions need to be made prior to development.
Development may mean the creation of an eLearning package, a standard Defence Learning Management Package (LMP) or Industry aligned curriculum which depending on your needs may align to Nationally Endorsed Training Packages and competency standards.
Systematiq’s Training System Team includes Educational professionals with decades of experience designing and developing courses, applying educational theory and ensuring that courses meet the learner’s needs.

Training Evaluation
Systematiq has qualified and experienced Training Evaluators to evaluate the outcomes of training at Kirkpatrick’s Levels 1 through 4, ensuring that the learners are engaged and enjoy the training experience (Levels 1-2), and that they are also able to apply the training to the workplace.
Evaluating training at Level 3 and 4 includes reviewing the outcomes of training 6 – 12 months after training has completed and gaining feedback from not only the learner, but supervisors, and others working with the learners to ascertain if the training met the required outcomes. The data gained through this evaluation is then fed back to improve the training itself to ensure that the best training is delivered to meet the workplace need.

Systematiq has a dedicated eLearning Content Development Team that work within the Training Systems Team to provide best practice eLearning solutions. They are extensively trained and experienced in a range of eLearning content development programs, including Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud and Well Said Labs to ensure your training course includes a high degree of media, graphics and interactivity to engage your learners throughout the training.
