Adam is responsible for the Operations at Systematiq focused on seamlessly linking together sales, delivery, and finance. He is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in the automotive, IT, banking, and aerospace industries.
His experience ranges from manufacturing engineering at Ford Motor Company to operations management in the Royal Australian Air Force. As a management consultant at Booz & Company, he helped executives improve business processes and increase operational efficiency.
Adam’s extensive experience, innovative approach to data analysis and process improvement, and his understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles make him a highly capable operations manager across various sectors.
Adam Grey is currently acting as Head of Capability in a temporary position.
