DEFENCE PROGRAM DELIVERY CONSULTANTS

TRANSITION INTO SERVICE,

DELIVER AND SUSTAIN THE CONTRACT.

Our team provides program support that enables you to deliver and sustain the capability.

NEED EXPERIENCED PEOPLE IN YOUR PROGRAM, FAST?

YOUR PROBLEM

THE HARDEST STRETCH
OF ANY PROGRAM

Introduce your capability into service, with confidence.

Between acquisition and operational service sits the hardest stretch of any Defence program. It’s also where programs often run short of expertise.

Structures are changing around you too. From 1 July 2026, acquisition and sustainment sit with the new Defence Delivery Group, but your milestones haven’t moved.

Systematiq puts experienced practitioners into your program team. We work to your governance requirements from the first week and help you introduce capability into service with confidence.

YOUR PATHWAY

WHAT STANDS BETWEEN YOU AND CAPABILITY IN SERVICE

After the signature, every program follows the same path: mobilise, integrate, transition and sustain. These are the pressures we see again and again along the way, and how we answer each one.

Deliver & SustainAfter contract award

  5. Integrate
  6. Transition
  7. Sustain

Your asset is approaching delivery, but operators, maintainers, training and sustainment are not yet ready.
We align workforce, training, maintenance and sustainment readiness with asset delivery so capability can be used from arrival.

HOW IT WORKS

MOBILISE. INTEGRATE. TRANSITION. SUSTAIN.

A clear path from contract award to capability in service and beyond. The same practitioners stay with you as the program moves from one stage to the next.

OUR DIFFERENCE

WHY PARTNER WITH SYSTEMATIQ?

In delivery, you’re up against capacity gaps, shifting structures and the stretch to introduction into service. These four things keep your program moving.

Systematiq - Our Difference 4

WE’VE WORN
THE UNIFORM

Former serving members and former Defence program managers across our team know the frameworks, the language and the people you report to. They’re productive from the first week, not the first month.

Systematiq - Our Difference 1

ONE FIRM, BOTH SIDES
OF THE CONTRACT

We read a contract the way it was written, because we know how bids are built. That protects scope, schedule and cost, and keeps what was promised on track to be delivered.

Systematiq - Our Difference 3

INTRODUCTION INTO
SERVICE SPECIALISTS

We plan for the day the ADF takes over, not just the day of acceptance. Capability arrives ready to operate, maintain and support, with training and documentation in place.

Systematiq - Our Difference 2

SENIOR, CERTIFIED
DELIVERY PRACTITIONERS

PRINCE2, AIPM and ICCPM certified project managers, alongside experienced systems engineering, ILS and training practitioners. They add capacity to your program office. They don’t consume it.

HEAR WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY?

I engaged the services of Systematiq to assist me with addressing our requirements for RAM engineering on the new rolling stock project. Systematiq was able to provide me with access to RAM practitioners at short notice that enabled ensured I met the project deadlines for the new rolling stock project reviews.

I have been impressed by Systematiq’s ability to provide not only PMO and technical support, but with strategic advice and highly effective pre-contract services including marketing and procurement strategy, and tender management.  The ability to mobilise a team and guide us through the ASDEFCON tender requirements meant that we were able to submit an extremely compelling RFI and subsequent RFT to the Commonwealth. We look forward to a continued working relationship.

Systematiq were instrumental in the successful outcome of our CDIC grant application. Their market analysis and strategic advice, along with their assistance with the technical submission meant that we were assured of a compliant application that clearly outlined our pricing and delivery strategy as well as the benefits to the Commonwealth and industry.

Harry Hickling

Managing Director, Australian Performance Vehicles Pty Ltd

Systematiq supported my team with the development of some visualisations that were included in a tender submission. I was impressed at their ability to mobilise in a short time frame, respond to my request and ensure that the deliverable was matched to my requirements. The end result helped to make our submission professional and visually impressive to help with the capture of the contract.

Both. We support program teams in the Defence Delivery Group and the primes and companies delivering to them. The goal is the same either way: capability into service on time, and supportable for life.

Everything the ADF needs to operate, maintain and support a new capability: introduction into service planning, training, technical documentation and integrated logistics support. Acceptance is one milestone. Readiness is the goal.

ILS plans and delivers what a capability needs to stay available through life: maintenance, spares, support equipment, training and technical data. Most support cost is set early, so ILS decisions made during delivery matter.
