Principal Consultant
Phil is Learning Systems Analysis Principal Consultant for Training Development Services. Phil is a former Royal Australian Air Force Officer, having supported the delivery of training for various Air Force applications for over 22 years, Phil is considered as an authority on the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL).
With over 22 years in the industry as a practising Training Consultant, Phil has also supported Vic Roads with developing new training systems for car and motorbike licences.
Phil’s qualifications include A Masters of Education and qualifications in educational technology and instructional design, as well as an undergraduate degree in science. Phil has also undertaken workplace assessment and training and has been involved with Defence establishing Learning Frameworks across all three services.
Phil is based out of Melbourne but regularly travels to deliver projects, recently supporting the Australian Road Federal Body, Austroads with a study into the training requirements for autonomous vehicles.
