Head of Service Delivery
Steve Mackey is Systematiq’s Head of Service Delivery, responsible for managing the delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Training, Project Management Office (PMO), and Engineering services to clients. He ensures all capability streams are delivered consistently, with a strong focus on quality and client outcomes.
With over 25 years’ experience, Steve is a highly skilled training systems specialist, with expertise in instructional design, training delivery, evaluation, and facilitation. He is supported by a strong background in project management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Since joining Systematiq in 2022, Steve has supported a range of Australian Defence Force (ADF) initiatives, including training modernisation, design, quality assurance, evaluation, and delivery. He has extensive experience delivering Mission Partner Environment (MPE) training and applying the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL).
A former Army member and National Training Manager, Steve brings strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organisational development capability.
