Head of Project Delivery
Rhiannon Stratford is Systematiq’s Head of Project Delivery, responsible for the integration and delivery of ILS, engineering, training and PMO for Projects as well as Precontracts services for clients.
With more than 20 years of experience across infrastructure, transport and Defence industries. She brings deep expertise in systems engineering, design engineering and project leadership, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects in technically demanding environments.
Her experience spans the full systems engineering lifecycle, from requirements development and design through to manufacture, integration, testing and assurance. She is highly skilled in leading delivery and testing activities, developing technical documentation, and coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve quality, safety and program outcomes.
Rhiannon is known for her collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style and her ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners and subcontractors to support successful project delivery.
