Our engagement model takes on many different forms, from a client perspective, we can be engaged on a one off project basis, for the provision of support services to help a project team move forward, or on a retained basis whereby we can providing ongoing to support in order to help achieve strategic business objectives.
Systematiq is also a member of many different government panels, both state and federally based, so can assist government clients with similar challenges, helping to move projects forward.

Our project based work leads us to a flexible approach to employment, so that we can offer you an approach that best suits your requirements and that of our clients.
How we work
Our usual approach is for firm fixed price projects, based upon defined outcomes. This enables us to ensure our clients achieve value for money on their specific needs. However, we also offer a flexible approach, where our team can be engaged on a Time and Materials basis to help scope projects and requirements that can then be delivered for a fixed price.
