Liana Tucker

Liana is a highly experienced Pre-Contracts Manager with a strong background in Defence and industry procurement, ASDEFCON and government tenders, and strategic pre-contracts planning. She holds qualifications in Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, and Proposal Management.

Liana currently leads a team responsible for coordinating and delivering complex government and ASDEFCON submissions. She leads multidisciplinary internal and external proposal teams, driving the delivery of high-quality, compliant submissions that meet both client and Commonwealth requirements. Liana specialises in managing end-to-end proposal processes — from opportunity assessment through to final submission and stakeholder engagement.

Liana has contributed to major Defence programs across capability domains, enabling project acquisition and delivery, and achieving strategic benefits for our clients.
