Our engagement model takes on many different forms, from a client perspective. We can be engaged on a one-off project basis, for the provision of support services to help a project team move forward, or on a retained basis whereby we can provide ongoing support in order to help achieve strategic objectives for your business.

Systematiq is also a member of much different Government and Major Service Provider panels, both state and federally based, so can assist clients with similar challenges, helping to move projects forward.

We offer a flexible approach to our employment structures with project-based work. Our consultants work remotely or embedded in our customer’s teams, and we are prepared to travel when necessary. This means we can offer you an approach that best suits your requirements and that of our clients.

Our remote and agile online workplace systems and processes offer complete flexibility and peace of mind for our customers so that we can stay connected and provide continuity throughout the delivery of your project.

Payment terms

Our usual approach is for firm fixed price projects, based upon defined outcomes. This enables us to ensure our clients achieve value for money on their specific needs. However, we also offer a flexible approach, where our team can be engaged on a Time and Materials basis to help scope projects and requirements that can then be delivered for a fixed price.
