Every engagement follows a clear, structured process designed to get your project moving quickly, maintain momentum and deliver measurable results. From initial scoping through to completion, we keep things on track so you see real progress at every stage.
2. Tailored Proposal
Based on the consultation, we prepare a clear proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing. Our standard approach is a firm fixed price based on defined outcomes, giving you certainty on costs. Where requirements are still evolving, we can engage on a time and materials basis to scope the work before committing to a fixed price delivery.
3. Rapid Mobilisation
Once you accept the proposal, we prepare the contract and mobilise resources. Depending on the size and scope of the project, our team can be operational within one to two weeks.
4. Embedded or Remote Delivery
Our consultants work wherever your project needs them. We embed directly within your team on-site, operate in secure environments, remotely through cloud-based collaboration tools, or combine both approaches. With teams in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the ACT, we mobilise nationally and travel when required.
5. Continuous Communication

Where is Systematiq based?
Our head office is located at JustCo Emporium, Level 4/287 Lonsdale St, Melbourne VIC 3000. We have regional teams in Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, and deliver projects nationally.
How quickly can you start on a project?
In most cases, we can have a team operational within one to two weeks of contract execution. Timelines vary depending on project size and complexity, which we confirm during the proposal stage.
What geographical areas do you service?
We have completed projects across Australia. Our consultants operate remotely, on-site or as a combination of both, and we are prepared to travel wherever the project requires.
How do you work with remote teams?
We use cloud-based collaboration platforms and interactive team environments to deliver seamlessly to distributed clients. Provided there is an internet connection, we work as effectively with remote teams as we do on-site.
What are your pricing models?
Our standard approach is a firm fixed price based on clearly defined outcomes, giving you cost certainty from the outset. For projects where requirements are still being scoped, we offer time and materials engagements that can transition to fixed price once the scope is confirmed.
