Liana Tucker

Liana is a highly experienced Pre-Contracts and Project Delivery Manager with a strong background in Defence and industry procurement, ASDEFCON and government tenders, and strategic pre-contracts planning and project execution. She holds qualifications in Supply Chain and Logistics, Procurement, Project Management, and Proposal Management.

Liana leads multidisciplinary internal and external proposal and project delivery teams, driving high-quality, compliant submissions and projects that meet both client and Commonwealth requirements.

Liana has contributed to major Defence programs across capability domains, enabling project acquisition and delivery, and achieving strategic benefits for our clients.
