CBH had a tight response time of 4 weeks to bid for the design, build and sustainment of 2 new Crane Stores Barges to be used by the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).

Case Study: PFG Sentinel
PFG, an Australian-owned company with more than 40 years’ experience in the design, manufacture, and sale of custom engineered polymers and composite material products sold nationally and globally, sought to enter the Defence sector with their proposal to provide Sea Boats to both the Australian Army and Navy, as well as the NZ Defence Force.
Systematiq’s bid team was engaged to develop the full RFT response with resources providing guidance and writing capabilities. We joined forces to create Team Sentinel to develop the strategy and solution to provide premium light weight and virtually indestructible sea boats to the ADF and NZDF.
Systematiq developed the full requirements of TDRs including Commercial, Technical and Support responses, along with support to Estimating, Pricing, Risk, and Mandated Systems and Processes under a phased plan.
Team Sentinel secured the NDF contract and most recently a contract to deliver to Ukraine on behalf of the ADF.
